Due to a recent increase in demand for EOC, we are implementing a “crisis list” for extra coverage once EOC 1 & 2 are called in. Residents and interns on electives have been selected randomly to create this list which will be posted on MedHub and updated monthly. Consideration is given to people that have recently been or are soon scheduled to be on EOC. Current EOC debt/credit will also be considered. Crisis list resident 1 will be notified when EOC 2 is called in and so forth. This system is not perfect. We don’t expect crisis list residents to be called in to work but we need to have a backup coverage system. We appreciate your cooperation in helping your colleagues!
